Have been aware of this issue for a while, but freely admit to not having given it too much thought. Until now. Time to start.
I happen to live in country blessedd with significant water resources given the population base. But even here more and more of the water quality is compromised by high intensity agriculture. And the main source (water locked up as snow and ice in glaciers) is starting to shrink.
On a global level apparently it is possible we're going to run out of water before we run out of oil.
